Six years ago, we set out on a mission to rewrite how healthcare feels for children. Through hands-on tools, medical preparation, and hospital partnerships, we’ve watched a quiet movement turn into a massive shift. Today, these tools are reaching children across the globe, proving that when you design for a child’s felt safety, the entire healthcare experience changes.
But as this work has grown, so has a stark reality: right now, whether a child receives the preparation and play-based tools they need often comes down to whether their hospital has the budget for a purchase order.
We refuse to accept that emotional safety should be a luxury.

Wishful Wings is a newly forming non-profit built on a simple, uncompromising idea: The tools that help children face medical procedures with less fear shouldn’t depend on a hospital’s line items or a family’s ability to pay.
Modeled on our proven hospital-partnership approach, Wishful Wings works directly with care teams to fund and distribute therapeutic, play-based tools right where they are needed most.
Every single partnership expands access, reaching more children, more families, and more clinicians with resources that make the hardest moments a little more bearable.
